Shoulder and Wrist Pain

Hip Pain Q & A

What are the most common causes of shoulder and wrist pain?

Shoulder and wrist pain are quite common. They can often result from:

How does chiropractic care address these pains?

Chiropractic care can provide complete resolution to many shoulder and wrist injuries by performing adjustments to help realign the affected joints and surrounding structures. Adjustments are complemented by deep tissue massage and lifestyle guidance to improve posture and other habits that can cause or increase shoulder and wrist pain.

What can I do to prevent shoulder and wrist pain?

Once your pain has been relieved by chiropractic care, it is important to address and rectify some of the causes of your pain. This may include: Improving your ergonomic setup at work, at home or in the car.
