Practicing good posture is critical, especially when sitting or standing for long periods of time.
Ask your chiropractor about using a supportive device if your job requires lots of repetitive bending, lifting or twisting.
Wear good, supportive footwear, and avoid carrying uneven loads like heavy bags that can cause the spine to move out of alignment.
